TDZ Holdings Inc. Announces Completion of Final Distribution and Voluntary Dissolution

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/08/13 -- TDZ Holdings Inc. ("TDZ") has made the previously announced final distribution of CAD $0.097 per common share to its registered shareholders as of August 27, 2013. Cheques in respect of the distribution were mailed to shareholders on October 3, 2013.
TDZ was subsequently voluntarily dissolved in accordance with the Certificate of Dissolution issued on October 8, 2013 in accordance with the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario).
Consequently, TDZ has ceased to be a reporting issuer in the Province of Ontario.
