Keynote Speaker Is William "Billy" Procida

Procida, an acclaimed investment fund manager, who was once a protégé of Donald Trump, and a recipient of the prestigious Developer of the Year and The Governor's Excellence Award in Housing (New York), will address a room full of real estate developers, business owners, non-profits and elected officials on "Paterson: The Great Opportunity."
This event, taking place at the Hamilton & Ward Steakhouse (101 Ward Street, Paterson) will feature three presenters in addition to valuable networking.
will present on redevelopment of Area #11 in the City of Paterson and how the Medical Center is improving the land and building use, considering the needs for improving the new and existing residential facilities, and creating a thriving medical, retail and housing destination.
will present on the benefits of creating strategically located special improvement districts throughout the City of Paterson in order to increase property values and pave the way for future development.
will present on the significant investment that Alma Realty Corp has made to revitalize the City through mixed-use (retail, residential, commercial) development projects, discussing current projects.
The Greater Paterson Chamber of Commerce is a member-driven professionally staffed not-for-profit association of business people committed to improving the economic climate and the quality of life in the Greater Paterson area. It represents the interest of over 600 members through programs and services, government representation and business advocacy.
As a non-city entity, the Paterson Restoration Corporation administers a low-interest revolving loan program with the purpose of stimulating private investment in the City of Paterson, which will create new, permanent, private-sector jobs for low to moderate income citizens of Paterson, and will increase the Paterson tax base.
