Savanna Energy Services Corp. Announces Appointment of Christopher Strong to Board of Directors
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/07/13 -- Savanna Energy (TSX: SVY) is very pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher Strong to its Board of Directors, effective today.
Mr. Strong is an independent businessman with extensive experience in senior corporate executive and financial roles, including most recently President and Chief Executive Officer of Union Drilling Inc., a contract drilling services company operating 53 rigs in the U.S., prior to its sale in late 2012. He brings to Savanna's Board a strong background in strategic growth, financial acumen, energy operations and international experience. Mr. Strong has an MBA in Finance and MA in International Studies.
