("BioExx" or the "Company") (TSX: BXI), today announced that Peter Lacey, Markus Vettiger and Richard Rumble have resigned as directors of the Company. The Company wishes to thank them for their service. John MacDonald remains the Company's sole director. Mr. MacDonald is also the Interim Chief Executive Officer.
