This event, hosted by the Land Claims Agreements Coalition, will be held at the Canadian Museum of Civilization, in Gatineau, Quebec.
At 9 a.m., His Excellency will speak on the Royal Proclamation's historic and ongoing significance between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal Canadians and, in particular, on the way in which its principles of peace, fairness and respect point the way forward for Canada.
