CST Trust Company Launches Corporate Trust Services
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/03/13 -- CST Trust Company (CST) announced today that it has launched corporate trust services as a new product line throughout Canada. Through this comprehensive suite of services, CST can assume the roles of trustee, agent or custodian in asset securitizations, debt financing transactions, and collateral or escrow agency arrangements.

In conjunction with the launch of the corporate trust offering, CST also announced the hiring of Nelia Andrade as Director for the new team. Andrade is based in CST's Montreal office and oversees corporate trust nationally.

Andrade has more than 20 years of experience in the trust industry, with particular expertise in corporate trust. Prior to joining CST, Andrade held key positions with two leading national corporate trust providers.
