He earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and later completed his surgical residency at the Parkland Memorial Hospital. The practice has been designated a Center of Excellence® by the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. Having completed a Masters Certification in Bariatric Surgery, Dr. Boyce is the one of the most experienced weight loss surgeons in East Tennessee.
