Operator of Leading Accountable Care Organization Implements MSDynamics Based Operating System

(OTC Pink: BRMA) announced today their engagement with Atlanta based PREMEDEX patient communication & care coordination solutions (PREMEDEX) as it unified care coordination and communication platform for all programs. Baroma Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Baroma Healthcare International d/b/a Baroma Health Partners is an Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) selected by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Baroma is accountable for the delivery, quality and cost performance of a population of Medicare Fee-For-Service Beneficiaries in their service area. Effective January 2013, Baroma is the first ACO based in Miami -Dade County, Florida, traditionally one of the costliest markets for Medicare Fee-For-Service in the Country.
