(the "Corporation"), is pleased to announce that, following closing of its Qualifying Transaction and private placement, as previously announced on September 24, 2013, the Corporation's common shares will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol "DWS" at the opening of the markets on October 3, 2013.
