(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/02/13 -- Ginger Beef Corporation (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: GB) announces that it has recently completed the filing of its unaudited interim financial statements, management's discussion and analysis and related Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer certificates for its six-month period ended June 30, 2013 (the "Required Filings") on September 26, 2013. With completion of the filing of the Required Filings, the Corporation is up to date with its financial filings and the temporary management cease trade order dated August 30, 2013 issued by the Alberta Securities Commission expired as of the close of business on October 1, 2013.
