Intrix Technology Acquires uProfit Payments
(firmenpresse) - ROSEVILLE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/01/13 -- . (Intrix), a technology enabled ISO and leading , announced the acquisition of payment services provider uProfit Payments in Plano, Texas. This will mark the second acquisition made by Intrix in the past two months.
With the acquisition, uProfit Payments' merchants and agents will be able to take advantage of the wide range of secure processing solutions offered by Intrix and its dedicated support teams. Customer management will be handled out of the Intrix offices located in Denver, Colorado.

The Intrix payment gateway will now allow uProfit Payments merchants to integrate payment and billing solutions with accounting applications and enterprise level software for a more streamlined payment process. Other products from Intrix include electronic bill presentment and payment, recurring billing applications, ACH processing and full tokenization services that reduce merchants' PCI compliance costs.
