Robix Announces Grant of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - LETHBRIDGE, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/27/13 -- Robix Alternative Fuels, Inc. ("Robix" or the "Corporation") (CNSX: RZX) is pleased to announce today that, subject to regulatory approval, the Corporation has granted a total of 595,000 incentive stock options to purchase common shares, at an exercise price of $0.25 per common share, for a term of three (3) years from the date of issuance, in accordance with the Corporation's Stock Option Plan. The Corporation has a "rolling Stock Option Plan", which reserves a specified number of shares equal to a maximum of 10% of the Corporation's issued and outstanding Common Shares. Options to purchase Common Shares have been granted to directors, officers, and consultants at an exercise price determined by reference to the market value on the date of the grant.
