(TSX: MRE) a leader in the production of quality metal parts, assemblies and modules and fluid management systems focused primarily on the automotive sector, announced today that it had received a copy of a press release announcing a claim from Nat Rea and related parties. It has not yet received the claim itself. Mr. Rea is a former officer of the company whose employment was terminated in June 2012. While the company has not had a chance to review the claim or allegations, it will review same and respond appropriately in due course. The Board will continue to act in the best interests of its shareholders and fulfill its fiduciary obligations.
