Lincoln Property Company -- a 2013 Best Place to Work Finalist
(firmenpresse) - DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 09/26/13 -- Lincoln Property Company was named as a Best Place to Work finalist for 2013 by The Houston Business Journal. This honor is based on several factors and assigns company rankings based on four distinct categories: companies with ten to one hundred employees; those with one hundred and one employees to five hundred employees; those with five hundred or more employees, and those with a significant presence in the Houston area. The Houston Business Journal will announce the official rankings on October 16th, at their rock and roll themed event. These rankings will be released via print and digital media on October 18th to HBJ subscribers.
For over ten years, the Houston Business Journal (HBJ) has been conducting employee engagement audits of Houston-area businesses. The goal has been to highlight those companies that place an emphasis on establishing competitive employee compensation plans, embrace tolerance and flexibility, and support innovation and ideas. The Houston Business Journal award also places importance on advancement opportunities and skill development, as well as the overall quality of communication, support, and goal setting at individual organizations. These surveys are conducted by a third party organization called Quantum Workplace, which ranks businesses on a 100-point scale. Only those companies that ranked higher than 85 received consideration on the HBJ List for 2013.
