Essex Angel Capital Announces the Seeking of Order to Extend Annual Meeting Date
(firmenpresse) - WINDSOR, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/24/13 -- Essex Angel Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE: EXC) (the "Corporation") announces that it has applied to the Ontario Supreme Court of Justice for an order (the "Order") to extend the time for the Corporation to call the annual meeting of its shareholders (the "Meeting") in accordance with the provisions of the Canada Business Corporations Act. The application has been scheduled to be heard on October 3, 2013. The Corporation will ask the Court to allow it to call the Meeting on or before October 31, 2013.
