Media Advisory : Court Martial for Retired Petty Officer 2nd Class James Wilks
(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/20/13 -- The second court martial for a former Canadian Armed Forces medical technician, Petty Officer 2nd Class James Wilks, in relation to sexual assault and breach of trust charges, begins next week. The trial is open to the media and the public.
He is charged with 11 counts of sexual assault contrary to section 130 of the National Defence Act and pursuant to section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada, as well as 18 counts of breach of trust by a public officer contrary to section 130 of the National Defence Act and pursuant to section 122 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
