Canada's Oil Transport Conundrum describes the nature of existing bottlenecks, explains the impacts that they are having on the oil prices being realized by Canada's oil producers, and examines the economic consequences of delays being experienced in putting the required infrastructure in place.
The study is first in a series of upcoming Fraser Institute reports examining the issues affecting transportation of Canadian oil and the impediments to getting it market.
