A fifteen-year veteran of the emergency medicine industry, Deitch began in medical billing with Per-Se Technologies, a national billing and coding company, where he spent four years learning the emergency medicine business and driving significant growth as a company top producer. He then spent eight years with a boutique emergency medicine billing and coding company, CMBS, where he was able to develop more personal relationships with his clients.
Most recently, he was the director of new business development at AdvantEdge Healthcare Solutions where he expanded his expertise in the emergency medicine field while building new capabilities in anesthesiology, pathology and radiology.
Shifting his primary focus from sales to client management, Deitch is looking forward to his new position, "The billing and coding industry is a dramatically changing environment," said Deitch. "MGA is positioned perfectly to react quickly and help their clients handle the change."
