EnerCare Inc. Announces Monthly Dividend
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/19/13 -- EnerCare Inc. ("EnerCare") (TSX: ECI) today announced a cash dividend of $0.058 per common share for the month of September 2013. The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2013. This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.

EnerCare owns a portfolio of approximately 1.2 million installed water heaters and other assets, rented primarily to residential customers in Ontario.
