(firmenpresse) - LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwired) -- 09/18/13 -- Hyundai UK has announced a partnership with online site Reevoo, to feature user-generated and ratings for its passenger car line-up on the brand's website, .

All Hyundai owners will now have the opportunity to tell potential buyers what their cars are like to live with day-to-day. Along with a product rating on Hyundai's website, all Reevoo's verified responses and customer testimonials are also included in search engine results making it quick and easy for a new buyer to see exactly what existing owners think of that particular car.

Andrew Cullis, Marketing Director, Hyundai Motor UK, says: "According to Hyundai's own research, three out of four buyers will read owner reviews as part of their purchase research. That is why we have chosen to carry the Reevoo ratings alongside our products.

"Having these independent reviews improves the customer experience as all the information required to make an informed decision, is in one place. The also benefit us as the manufacturer, as it gives us the chance to build a better understanding of what our owners think. From this feedback, Hyundai can then identify areas to improve existing products and services."

Customer reviews will provide potential Hyundai customers with an even greater level of transparency, with every owner scoring a particular Hyundai car model based on their own experiences. The Reevoo reviews will also be displayed on Hyundai's bespoke mobile website making it easier for buyers to research their next car on the move.
