(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/16/13 -- Kenneth deGraaf of West Vancouver, BC filed an early warning report dated September 16, 2013 advising of his direct and indirect holdings in Minfocus Exploration Corp. (the "Issuer").
On or about September 9, 2013, Mr. deGraaf, directly or indirectly, together with his spouse became the holder of an aggregate of 4,792,655 common shares of the Issuer, representing an aggregate of 11.77% of the Issuer.
The transaction which gave rise to the requirement for Mr. deGraaf to make the filing of this report was by way of an off-market purchase of additional common shares of the Issuer, on or about September 9, 2013, by a company solely owned and controlled by the spouse of Mr. deGraaf, Natalia deGraaf.
Mr. deGraaf and his spouse hold the common shares of the Issuer for investment purposes. In pursuing such purposes, Mr. deGraaf and his spouse take a long-term view of the investment. However, Mr. deGraaf and/or his spouse reserves the right to formulate other plans or make other proposals, and take such actions with respect to their respective investments in the Issuer. Either of them may at any time reconsider and change their respective plans or proposals relating to the foregoing.
This news release is issued pursuant to National Instrument 62-103 - The Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues, which also requires a report to be filed with regulatory authorities in each of the jurisdictions in which the Corporation is a reporting issuer containing additional information with respect to the foregoing matters (the "Early Warning Report").
