Newalta Announces Appointment of Laurie Tugman to Board of Directors

Mr. Tugman is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Marsulex Inc. and has substantial experience on boards as a director and chair. He is currently Chair of Nexterra Systems Corp., a Director of Pinova Holdings Inc. and has over 30 years of experience in financial and operational management in the environmental compliance, industrial waste management and oil and gas industries.
He will join the Audit and Environment, Health and Safety committees of the Newalta Board of Directors.
