AMG Bioenergy Resources Holdings Ltd. Updates Pre-Sale of Eucalyptus Tree Harvest

(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ABG), a Canadian publicly traded company, wishes to provide an update to the pre-sale of its Eucalyptus tree harvest as mentioned in the latest MD&A as at 31May 2013. As at 31 August 2013, the company has completed the pre-sale of the first harvest of the timber of its eucalyptus plantation and has received cash amounting to USD350,000 for the pre-sale of its Eucalyptus trees harvest from its Chinese buyer.
