("SCP") has decided to establish a division to address the needs of veterans of the military. In addition to development of a medical center at McGuire Air Force Base/Fort Dix consolidated basis, Simshabs Capital Partners has reached the determination that the issue of support and housing for veterans is significant and should be addressed.
Simshabs Capital Partners is proceeding forward upon a large facility to be utilized for the purpose of housing and support services for veterans. The property will be mixed use with the goal of development of significant number of residences for veterans. There will also be an outpatient center onsite to address their needs. In addition, SCP intends to arrange for support services.
