Premium Brands Holdings Corporation Announces September 2013 Dividend
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/16/13 -- Premium Brands Holdings Corporation (TSX: PBH) announced today a cash dividend of $0.3125 per share for the quarter ending September 28, 2013. Unless indicated otherwise in writing at or before the time the dividend is paid, each dividend paid by the Company in 2013 or a subsequent year is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Enhanced Dividend Tax Credit System.
The dividend will be made to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 27, 2013 and will be payable on October 15, 2013.
