Andrew Peller Limited Announces the Final 2013 Annual Meeting Board of Director and Auditor Election Results
(firmenpresse) - GRIMSBY, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/12/13 -- Andrew Peller Limited (TSX: ADW.A)(TSX: ADW.B) ("APL" or the "Company") today announced the final director and auditor election results from its 2013 annual general meeting (the "Meeting") of shareholders held on September 11, 2013.
The total number of Class B Voting Shares represented by shareholders present in person or by proxy at the Meeting was 22, representing 80.1% of the 3,004,041 voting shares issued and outstanding as of the record date.
1. Election of Directors - The following ten nominees were elected to serve as directors until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed. The nominees were listed in the Company's management information circular dated August 7, 2013:
2. Appointment of Auditors - PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was reappointed as the auditor of the Company (and the directors were authorized to fix their remuneration) by proxies as follows:
