Ernesto Echavarria Acquired Shares in Stellar Biotechnologies, Inc.
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/10/13 -- Ernesto Echavarria, of Blvd Pedro Ma Anaya #1225, Culiacan Sinaloa, Mexico 80040, has today filed an early warning report dated September 10, 2013 advising of his holdings in Stellar Biotechnologies, Inc. ("Stellar").
Mr. Echavarria has acquired beneficial ownership and control of 1,000,000 common shares of Stellar and a further 500,000 warrants through the purchase of 1,000,000 units of Stellar at a price of US$1.05 per unit, which securities were acquired by way of private placement. These securities represent 2.18% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Stellar.
Mr. Echavarria now has ownership and control over an aggregate of 9,720,833 common shares and 4,833,333 warrants, representing 20.07% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Stellar, assuming the exercise of the warrants held by Mr. Echavarria.
The securities were acquired for investment purposes and Mr. Echavarria may acquire further securities of Stellar in the future.
The securities were issued under an exemption from the prospectus requirements set out in British Columbia Instrument 72-503.
