Lucite International Announces Last Call to Enter LuciteLux(R) JUST IMAGINE Awards
Enter by September 27 for a Chance to Be Featured in National Ad Spread, Documentary Video
(firmenpresse) - MEMPHIS, TN -- (Marketwired) -- 09/09/13 -- Lucite International, owner of the LuciteLux® acrylic brand, today announced entries into its inaugural JUST IMAGINE Awards program are due September 27, 2013. Designers can enter their work with LuciteLux® for a chance to be featured in a full-page advertising spread in Architectural Record as well as a making-of documentary-style video that tells their story. The video will debut at an exclusive screening party at the site of the winning installation this fall.
Entering the JUST IMAGINE Awards is simple. Designers upload a photo of their project and answer three quick questions about their design via . Any project completed using LuciteLux® between 2011 and 2013 is eligible.

"Our goal is for the JUST IMAGINE Awards to celebrate all of the interior designers and architects and fine artists who continue to use this wonderful material to bring their creative ideas to life, whether it is through edge-lit visual merchandising designs, installations in corporate office spaces, or anything in between."
Designers can submit their work via through September 27, 2013. Designers from all industries are welcome to enter: architects, fabricators, fine artists, visual merchandising designers, furniture designers, interior designers, sign designers, commercial artists, fashion designers and design students.
The judging criteria are:
To what extent does the entry optimize the properties and design qualities of LuciteLux® continuous cast or cell cast acrylic
To what extent does the entry meet its defined purpose in a highly creative way
To what extent does the entry demonstrate innovation and uniqueness
The JUST IMAGINE Awards will also honor a runner-up with inclusion in the winner's news release, presence on the LuciteLux® social media pages and a mention in the making-of documentary.
