WMAC Holdings Corporation Announces Ticker Change
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 09/09/13 -- WMAC Holdings Corporation (PINKSHEETS: WMAC) (formerly known as VuQo Holdings Corporation) announces today that FINRA has approved the corporate name and symbol change. The new symbol is WMAC. FINRA has also approved the spin offs of the Company's two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Vu-Qo Int'l Beverages, Inc. & El Coco Wines & Spirits, Inc. The record date for the spin offs is July 15th and the pay date will be July 16th. Shareholders who own shares of the Company on the 15th will be entitled to receive one share of each spin off for each share of the Company owned.
