MCM Capital One Inc. Announces Termination of Qualifying Transaction With Siguiri Gold Mining Corp.
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/04/13 -- MCM Capital One Inc. (TSX VENTURE: ZGN.P) ("MCM"), a capital pool company as defined under Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), announces the termination of the proposed amalgamation between MCM and Siguiri Gold Mining Corp. ("Siguiri") for the acquisition of 100% of the common shares of Siguiri, which was expected to qualify as MCM's "Qualifying Transaction" as defined by Exchange Policy 2.4. Accordingly, the common shares of MCM will resume trading on the Exchange at the opening of the market on or about September 6, 2013.
As previously unannounced, MCM advanced to Siguiri $81,000 ($25,000 as an unsecured loan and $56,000 as a secured loan) which matures on June 30, 2015.
