SolarWinds VoIP & Network Quality Manager gives IT pros at-a-glance insight into all aspects of VoIP and WAN performance, providing them with the capabilities to search and filter call detail records and call management records.
With new , SolarWinds VoIP & Network Quality Manager monitors and displays Cisco MGCP VoIP gateway details including PRI trunk utilization. The new feature identifies the top 10 quality issues for all calls in a designated gateway and provides a streamlined view of all trunks, allowing IT pros to view data and VoIP capacity and prioritize capacity for premium VoIP call quality.
In addition, together with the latest version of SolarWinds available later this month, IT pros will gain enhanced visibility into VoIP node details through a deeper integration with SolarWinds VoIP & Network Quality Manager.
