(OTCBB: SHPR) is pleased to announce that the following three individuals have agreed to assume positions as directors for Poly Shield Technologies Inc.: Jeffery Buzcek, Brad Eckenweiler and James Pakulis. Upon Poly Shield Technologies Inc.'s Board of Directors approval, the new directors are expected to begin their duties the week of September 3, 2013.
