HPIL Holding Announces Cooperation Agreement With O.R.C.
(firmenpresse) - SAGINAW, MI -- (Marketwired) -- 08/29/13 -- HPIL Holding (the "Company" or "HPIL") (OTCQB: HPIL) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary HPIL ENERGYTECH Inc., on August 26, 2013, entered into a Cooperation Agreement (the "Agreement") with O.R.C. SRL, a private company focused on investing in the energy sector. The parties will work cooperatively to develop and expand projects between the parties beginning on August 26, 2013. The term of the Agreement is one year unless terminated earlier by either party.
