150 New Roles to Support Tax Services Provider
(firmenpresse) - BANNOCKBURN, IL -- (Marketwired) -- 08/29/13 -- APAC Customer Services, Inc., a leader in global customer care outsourced services and solutions, announced today that it will add over 150 jobs in its Sarasota, FL service center, effective immediately.
The 150 new jobs will support new client growth and will include both year-round permanent and peak-season temporary roles. APAC Customer Services seeks both English and bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates. These roles serve customers in Client Relations and Field Call Support, in which agents will address pricing and product inquiries, provide information about locating and setting appointments and process consumer feedback, through a multi-channel platform and state of the art technology.
