"More people are adopting a vegan lifestyle. The introduction of this special vegan menu is Condor's response to this development, and is another step towards ensuring its passengers' comfort on-board," explains Michael Lins, Director of On-board Services at Condor. The new vegan menu consists of an antipasti platter with couscous salad, a stuffed tomato with diced cucumber, Italian vegetable terrine with olives, fruit salad, sunflower bread, vegetable spread or margarine, mineral water and cashew nuts, he adds.
Condor's menu consists of first-class meals that are prepared from carefully selected fresh ingredients for passengers of all ages. Passengers requiring a special menu for health or personal reasons can easily order special meals. A separate is available for our youngest passengers if desired.
