Grand Capital Ventures, Inc. Anticipates Completing the TomCat Films Acquisition by End of Third Quarter

(PINKSHEETS: GRCV) announced today, that the Company anticipates closing its transaction with TomCat Films prior to September 30, 2013. TomCat Films recognizes revenue through the sale of Licensing and Distribution Rights of independent films. TomCat Films is expanding its presence in the market place as it participates and attends such events as the Cannes Film Festival, the Berlin International Film Festival, the American Film Markets and the FILMART, which is held in Hong Kong as an International Film and TV Festival.
A Grand Capital Ventures spokesman noted, "TomCat Films is positioning itself in an industry that has grown over 590% since 2000 according to a study by Queensland University, which is one of Australia's largest Universities.
