Those interested in applying for one of the 20 scholarships worth $1,140 should submit either a short, two-minute video or a 500-word essay explaining why they are interested in the program, what they hope to learn and who they plan to help with the information they learn. Applicants can submit their information through August 31, 2013, online at .
