North American Energy Partners Announces Completion of Partial Redemption of Its 9.125% Series 1 Senior Unsecured Debentures Due 2017
(firmenpresse) - EDMONTON, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/27/13 -- North American Energy Partners Inc. ("NAEP" or the "Company") (TSX: NOA)(NYSE: NOA) today announced the completion of its previously announced partial redemption of $141,920,000 of aggregate principal amount of the outstanding 9.125% Series 1 Senior Unsecured Debentures due 2017 (the "Notes"). As a result, the Company now has $75,000,000 of aggregate principal amount of Notes outstanding.
