Health Care Leaders Invited to Share Insights on Patient Engagement at Annual User Conference
(firmenpresse) - BETHESDA, MD -- (Marketwired) -- 08/27/13 -- , the leading provider of ™ (IPC) solutions, today announced the call for presentations for its seventh annual user conference, . The conference will take place June 3-5, 2014, in Chicago, Ill. at the Sheraton Hotel and Towers.
As the nation's health care system continues to evolve, GetConnected 2014 is designed to advance the role of in providing quality care and achieving critical performance objectives. The three-day conference will provide the essentials to strengthen leadership and effectiveness in addressing challenges, improving outcomes and driving the organizational change needed to integrate IPC as a care delivery model.
Executive leadership, clinicians and staff, and information technologists are invited to submit proposals for individual or team speaker presentations, panel presentations, poster presentations and workshops, all of which will provide attendees with best practices and tools to drive integration, utilization and accountability for IPC throughout their facilities.
Submit a proposal by January 10, 2014.
Selected speakers will be notified by April 30, 2014.
Speakers will be selected and approved by the GetConnected 2014 Program Committee.
Proposal submissions are open to GetWellNetwork clients.
