(OTC Pink: ARTT) announces it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding "MOU" to acquire the assets and operating systems of Link My Fan Inc. The acquisition is subject to a 30 day period to conduct due diligence. During this time both companies will negotiate terms of a definitive acquisition, subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
