ViPNet technology opens up new markets in the Linux field – Infotecs signs distribution contract with channel partner LxPN
Berlin, August 27th 2013 – Berlin-based IT security expert Infotecs GmbH signed a distribution agreement with LxPN Distributions GmbH, the specialist wholesaler of Linux products and services. The Value-Added Distributor is adding the IT security solution ViPNet OFFICE in its portfolio and distributes the VPN technology in German-speaking Europe.
(firmenpresse) - This summer the Infotecs GmbH, the international supplier of IT security solutions, sealed cooperation with wholesaler LxPN Distributions GmbH. The Value-Added Distributor (VAD) LxPN supports system vendors and retailers in the selection and compilation of the product mix for complex Linux and software projects. As of now the certified VPN solution ViPNet OFFICE complements the portfolio of the new channel distribution partner. ViPNet OFFICE is software-based and allows access to corporate data anytime and anywhere. The Infotecs GmbH guarantees full connectivity and security for communications between location-based and mobile users as well as between different branches and offices. The new partner LxPN will distribute the ViPNet technology to resellers and system providers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

"With ViPNet technology we can offer our partners a specialized and flexible security solution." The VPN solution fits particularly well in the portfolio of the software distributor, because the ViPNet technology is a product which is purely composed of software modules.
