Innovative Composites International Announces Listing on the CNSX

(TSX VENTURE: IC) (OTCQX: ICIZF) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has received conditional approval to transfer the listing of its common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"), where they currently trade, to the Canadian National Stock Exchange (the "CNSX"). It is anticipated that the Corporation will commence trading on the CNSX on Tuesday, August 27, 2013, under the same trading symbol it is currently listed under on the TSXV.
