CloudGate, the world's most configurable and intelligent M2M 3G gateway is now approved by leading carriers in North America, including AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Telus and Bell Mobility
(PresseBox) - Option (EURONEXT: OPTI; OTC: OPNVY), the Company connecting Things to the Cloud, today announces completion of Sprint certification for CloudGate - a secure, reliable and affordable M2M 3G gateway that brings new levels of flexibility and ease of deployment for M2M solutions.
CloudGate is now certified with the leading carriers in North America, including AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Telus and Bell Mobility. The product is also compliant with FCC, PTCRB, IC, RoHS and REACH standards.
All of the certifications were achieved with the same Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) of CloudGate. Designed with the penta-band MDM6600(TM) chipset by Qualcomm, the same CloudGate unit supports the multiple wireless standards used by the major network operators in North America and can be configured for any desired service provider. The radio firmware needed for the desired service provider can be designated at the point of installation. The hardware expansion boards and any custom software for the embedded Linux operating system can also be easily installed at the point of installation providing a true single SKU capability.
