H&R Block Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

(NYSE: HRB), the world's largest consumer tax services provider, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 20 cents per share, payable October 1, 2013, to shareholders of record as of September 10, 2013.
The October 1 dividend payment will mark H&R Block's 204th consecutive quarterly dividend since the company went public in 1962.
