(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/19/13 -- Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. (TSX: PZA) today announced a cash dividend of $0.065 per share for August 2013.
The dividend will be payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 30, 2013 and will be paid on September 13, 2013.
For tax purposes, if paid or allocated to a resident of Canada, the 2013 dividend will be considered a taxable eligible dividend without a return of capital component.
