Eric Leboeuf Fully Acquires 242,000 Common Shares of Active Growth Capital Inc.
(firmenpresse) - LAVAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 08/15/13 -- Eric Leboeuf (the "Buyer") announces that on August 15, 2013, following a series of transactions, he has acquired 242,000 common shares in the capital stock of Active Growth Capital Inc. ("AGC") at a price of $0.0892 per Common Share (25,000 Common Shares), at the price of $0.0973 per Common Share (93,000 Common Shares) and at a price of $0.1237 per Common Share (124,000 Common Shares) (the "Common Shares"). This increase represents 5.74% of the Common Shares issued and outstanding as of August 15, 2013.
As of this day, after his last acquisition of a series of transactions resulting in the purchase of the aforementioned 242,000 Common Shares, on a non-diluted basis, Eric Leboeuf holds, directly and indirectly, 984,200 Common Shares. Eric Leboeuf currently holds, directly and indirectly, 19.63% of the Common Shares issued and outstanding as of August 15, 2013.
The Common Shares of AGC are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol ACK.
