The two vehicles collided as a result of this allegedly negligent lane change and the plaintiff suffered several severe injuries as a result of the crash. These injuries included harm that was inflicted to her neck and to her upper extremities. These injuries required extensive and ongoing medical care and treatment that led to several different forms of loss for the plaintiff that included medical costs, lost income and pain and suffering.
