For the main course, choose from a Loch Duart Salmon with garden greens, Peruvian fingerlings and cilantro-lemongrass chimichurri; Lemon Chicken with white balsamic and grilled artichoke ragu; or Island-Inspired Paella made with bulgar wheat, shrimp, scallops, mussels, chorizo, peas, chili peppers and a white wine broth.
