Innovative Composites International Announces Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/14/13 -- Innovative Composites International Inc., (TSX VENTURE: IC)(OTCQX: ICIZF) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it successfully held its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders on August 8, 2013 (the "Meeting"). At the Meeting, the election of Mark Rivers, Fraser Wray, Kenneth Keeley, Brian Colburn, and Robert Pulte as directors of the Corporation was approved by an overwhelming majority of shareholders who voted. All other matters presented to shareholders for approval were also successfully passed at the Meeting.
Mark Rivers, CEO and Vice Chairman of the Corporation, noted, "We were pleased with the voter turnout for this shareholders meeting and thank the shareholders for electing the nominated slate of directors.
