Ainsworth Completes Partial Redemption of its 7.5% Senior Secured Notes Due 2017
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/14/13 -- Ainsworth Lumber Co. Ltd. (TSX: ANS) ("Ainsworth" or the "Company") today announced the completion of its previously announced redemption of US$35 million in principal amount of its 7.5% Senior Secured Notes due 2017 (the "Notes"). The redemption represents 10% of the initial aggregate principal amount of the Notes.
This news release is for informational purposes and does not constitute a notice of redemption under the optional redemption provision of the Indenture, nor does it constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy any securities of Ainsworth, or an offer to sell securities or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities in any state or jurisdiction where prohibited by law.
